A Rare Antique Sorcerer’s Mirror.

Sorcerer mirrors were an early 16th century design, used to throw light around via the convex optics, which people believed gave them "magical powers”.

These mirrors were also very popular through the 19th and early 20th century, when interest in the occult was at a peek.  They were sometimes used to foretell the future, known as scrying, or were hung in the home, where the distorted image was believed to ward off evil spirits.

Condition is good, commensurate with age and use. Structurally sound. Some scratching to the mirror glass.
