A Rather Curious Antique Photographic Glass Plate Negative With Skeleton & Felix The Cat, c.1920’s. The Photo Appears To Have Been Taken During A Party, With People Dressed In Full 1920’s Attire. There Is A Skeleton On The Left Hand Side In Some Form Of Cloak And A Picture Of Felix The Cat On The Top Shelve In The Background. There Is A Tray Of Drink's, Which Looks Like Champagne, In Period Glasses.

Glass plates were in use from the 1850s through the 1920s and were popular with both amateur and professional photographers. Meanwhile, Felix the Cat is widely considered the world's first animated film star. He first appeared as 'Master Tom' in an animated short titled Feline Follies, released by Paramount Studios on 9th November 1919, and was popular throughout the 1920’s.
Condition is good, commensurate with age and use. Structurally sound with good imagery.
